In October 2025 Simon Nabatov Trio invited saxophonist Igor Lumpert for a project, playing music of all participants in LOFT, Cologne.

Simon Nabatov formed a new trio “The Meeting Room” with Belgian reed player Joachim Badenhorst and American bassist Michael Formanek. The band premiered at the Cologne Jazzweek in September 2025. The recording was published on bandcamp

May 2025 - tour with Jilman Zilman - band led by the German drummer Tilman Herpichböhm.

April 2025 - recording in New York with Ralph Alessi (trumpet), Tony Malaby (sax), John Hébert (bass) and Ches Smith (drums, vibraphone).
